Virgo is the sixth sign of the Western Zodiac also known as the Tropical Zodiac.

Virgo is symbolized by the maiden or the virgin and ruled by the planet Mercury (shared with Gemini), who was also the messenger of the Gods. Virgos are notoriously known as being the perfectionists of the zodiac, liking things done the right way and with practicality. It doesn’t mean that Virgo doesn’t know how to have a good time, it just means that things have to have their time and place first.
